2016 Color Forecast: I see a trend towards plum!

There is a major shift from past years “neon colors”, to the dark rich mysterious colors this winter. Plum and dark violets were very prominent in the 2015 September issue of Vogue (it’s  the biggest issue- it marks the change from the Spring/Summer fashion season to Fall/Winter.) I buy, read, and collect every September issue of Vogue. (No really, it’s a thing!)

Plum is a yummy versatile color that can transition into spring 2016 very easily. From wedding color to nail color to accessories – plum is in and it’s gorgeous.
