I have seen mothers who barely prioritized their self-care and ended up feeling disorganized and out of balance.

Have you thought about dancing in your living room or bedroom, using a plastic bottle to imitate a microphone?
I remember the first time I tried this; I didn’t know I could have so much fun with what seemed like a silly act.
As a busy mom, you need such moments where you tune in to one of your favorite songs and either dance with your kids or show them you still have the steps of a dancer.
How about hosting a game night in your home with some popcorn or going out to see a comedy show? When you start trying these tips, you’ll realize that; busy moms can also be fun moms.

When was the last time you dipped yourself in a hot bath and just enjoyed the feel of it with a red glass of wine beside you?
It’s not too late to practice this often, and you can take it a step further by planning a spa day, getting a facial or full body massage. It’s all up to you, and you should squeeze in the time.
Being a mom is the best thing ever. It’s demanding yet rewarding; luckily, you can factor in self-care with these minimalist ideas. And guess what? I found out that most of these activities do not take so much time to perform, yet the benefits are enormous.
