To stay whole30 compliant at Applebee’s I suggest you stick with proteins and then get a side of veggies.
Applebee’s Ribeye and NY Strip are the only meats that are NOT cooked in the soybean oil.
If you want seafood, ask about the Garlic Herb Salmon. Some locations cook it in butter, others in soybean oil, others can flat grill it without either.
For your side, always go with the steamed veggies. They add nothing to these veggies, it’s perfect!
