Yoga is such a big part of my life. It has brought so much good to my physical and mental health. I get approached once and a while to teach yoga. Sometimes people approaching me are asking where to start – as they get into yoga. They love the idea and want to delve into this interest. But how? They might be intimidated. Their own self doubt tells them “You aren’t flexible, you could never do that.” “You don’t have a yoga body.” “You would fall on your face if you tried that.” All 3 of those statements are lies and have nothing to do with home yoga practice.
