1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
4 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients in a vitamix or food processor. Enjoy!
