First I explain to you the importance of the Whole30 diet and how it will benefit you. I have a health screen questionnaire that you will out and helps you self evaluate your health before you start this journey. How will my book help you?
When trying to follow the Whole30 diet, it’s easy to get side tracked or run out of ideas of what to eat. You are more likely to quit a diet if you feel uninspired or a better idea comes along. This is where I step in. I created a step by step guide to help you every step of the way.
Pre-Diet Health Screen
Before you start I have a printable health screen for you to fill out. You weigh yourself and answer some personal questions. At the end you tally up your answers and receive a “score”. If you stick to the Whole30 diet diligently, I know you will end up with a lower score and a lower weight at the end of 30 days. You will be shocked at the subtle but wonderful changes in your body.
Whole30 Meal Plan
I promise you will never be hungry on this meal plan. I have included everything you will eat for each week for each meal. Breakfast, Lunch, multiple snacks, and Dinner. It’s all on one page which is easy to print out and take with you. These lunches are easy to pack and take to work. They are all fast and easy – nothing that requires lots of ingredients or preparation. (I’m a momma on a budget – so I know how real life goes!)
At the beginning of each week, just print out the grocery list and take it to your local store. Everything you need to eat for the week will be on this list – including spices and such. A Whole30 meal plan can’t get any easier than this!
For each meal + dinner, I include a list of recipes that will take you through the week. You don’t have to guess – I make it really simple and delicious. You won’t feel like you’re restricting yourself or on a traditional “diet”.
