As the summer ended, and a tiny bit of cooler air blew into Miami Beach, I noticed a few trees start to loose their leaves. Instantly I was craving a cooler climate and warmer colors. We packed up the car and started to drive North. North – out of florida, up and up, until we started to see the leaves changing. My family and I had a lovely week in the cold, watching the deep reds, orange, and yellows fall from the trees. The silence of the forest and lack of wifi was somehow recharging. I loved it and so did my babies….
