Here is it….this is a day in the “food life” of me, my 3yr old Daisy and 1yr old Walt. Every bite on a typical day………………
Regular organic oats, topped with local raw unfiltered honey and topped with whatever berries I have.
Homemade hummus and the crunchiest raw peppers you can find.
Veggie based pasta, raw almonds, organic cheese, apples and homemade peanut butter. Packed with protein and no meat!??
Post Naptime Snack. Fresh Papaya, dried cranberries and pistachios. Mmm, it’s that salty sweet combo!
Mmmmm slow cooked lentils- well seasoned ,cooked w lots of garlic and onions.
