Here we go again?
A typical day, bite by bite!
MmMmmm Breakfast! Organic vegetarian scrambled eggs, a sliced green apple, and toast with honey and cinnamon. A green apple is my go-to snack that boosts your immunity like nothing else! Honey and cinnamon mixed together is a remedy that can cure almost anything!
Snack time! Baked Snow Peas drizzled with a little homemade ranch. These are crunchy and a little salty – my fav! ??
After errands and park time comes Lunch: grilled organic cheddar cheese on Daisy Bread. Watermelon. And pecans.
Post naptime snack time…say that 5 times fast! Bananas topped with peanut butter, raw cashews and chia seeds. Super protein + minerals.
Dinner ??? Here we had some vegetarian Korma over rice topped with broccoli and a side of garlic naan bread. Delicious! You can also add chicken to this korma for extra protein.
