There are many ways to “destress”. Yoga, prayer, sunbathing, a long walk. But for me personally, a warm cup of coffee has a comforting & anxiety-reducing effect on me. It’s like yoga for my mind. Whether it’s early at your kitchen table before the kids get up, alone on your couch before work, in the supply room at work, under your desk, the breakroom – wherever you can find peace.
