My little flower, Daisy is super active.
She loves to move and play. I have found that yoga specifically has helped her to “get her wiggles” out, improve her confidence, increase her flexibility, and help her concentrate. That last example is the biggest benefit from yoga for kids!
Go ahead and Roll out that mat and spend some time with a little yogi. Kids will love it and will benefit greatly from it.
