Good Morning!
This morning I woke up at my usual time, started the coffee pot, and rolled out my yoga mat like I always do. But today felt different. Maybe it’s the cooler air or going back to work after a long vacation. But it felt different, I was compelled to grab my phone and Facebook Live this mini morning workout. Despite the pjs, no make up, messy hair- overall “I woke up like this” – I wanted to share with you how easy and quick a little workout routine can be. It took less than 10 minutes to get my blood flowing, heart beating and muscles stretched. As you watch, it’s easy to follow along – or pause and rewind as you need to.
