You know that you have a bunch of grocery stores to choose from. But you also know why you choose Publix. I’ll tell you why I drive an extra 18 minutes to go to my local Publix.
Publix is clean and beautiful. Publix employees are always smiling and willing to help. If you ask them where something is, they literally STOP what they’re doing and walk you over to the item you need. The samples are always delicious. My kids go nuts over the free cookies in the bakery.
The other day my local Publix didn’t carry this type of nutritional yeast I needed for a vegan recipe. So, they ordered it for me and called me when it arrived! Now I know I can always get it at Publix. They will do this for anyone, I’m not special!
My Essentials
So, I told you I’m stocking up on my essentials for the new year. If you know me, you know I love coffee. I worked for Starbucks for 5 years and I also worked the night shift for…too long. There is probably more coffee flowing through my veins than blood. (lol, that was a joke. I’m just joking. That would be a medical disaster.)
Do you wanna know a secret? I’m one of those crazy people that loves coffee so much that I drink it black. Black as night! But only good quality coffee! I like to buy the Starbucks Breakfast Blend in a nice big 20 oz bag.
