I am part of the #InfinityWarBluray press tour. This post is a Disney partnered post. All opinions are my own.
Exec Producer: Trihn Tran is just to the right of Thor – in case you got lost in the sea of awesome bloggers!
Do you ever wish that you could get all your friends, from all your circles, into one room? That’s kind of the concept of the new movie Avengers: Infinity War. It came out April 27th 2018 and the DVD/Blu Ray will be released August 14th.. Marvel Studios and Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures got all your favorite Marvel characters from all your favorite Marvel movies and put them together for a mission in Avengers: Infinity War. This movie has something for everyone because it literally includes ALL the best marvel heroes.
The premise of the movie is that Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk and the rest of the Avengers unite to battle their most powerful enemy yet — the evil Thanos. They are on a quest to collect all six Infinity Stones. Thanos (the bad guy) plans to use the stones to twist the fabric of reality. The fate of existence itself has never been more uncertain as ALL the Avengers will need to fight to save the entire planet.
Not to be on the nose, but this is one of the most expensive movies every made. It is a two part series and it is rumored to have cost $500 million for each part. That’s a $1 billion movie project! It has to be EPIC.
It is directed by brothers Anthony and Joe Russo who have done the other Avengers movies. But most importantly – it is produced by Trinh Tran who has been involved with this project from the beginning! I had the honor to interview her in Los Angeles at the Marvel Display of Madame Tussauds!
Trinh Tran is such an inspiration to meet! She has worked her way up from being a lowly assistant to executively producing one of the greatest films of our generation!
I will try to tell you everything I learned from talking to Exec Producer Trinh Tran, without giving away spoilers.
Trihn Tran started as someones assistant. As soon as she became remotely involved in the Marvel franshicese she new this was where she wanted to be. She is quotes as saying, “The marvel franchise nurtured me and other women in the industry to be successful.” She feels that more young women should, ” Not to worry, go on the journey – don’t stress the outcome. Embrace what makes you different.” She has come a long way for women and exec producers in this industry. Thank you Trinh.
Trinh Tran was asked, what does Thanos represent? “Thanos represents the debate on the norms of society”. I hope the message of this film is NOT that the bad guys always win, but that YOU can overcome anything. Even if the outcome isn’t ideal – there are STILL super heroes.
Her vision for the franchise is so wonderfully inspiring. She makes me feel like if the world ended now – there would still be hope. There would still be super heros.
I asked her what the most emotional part of Avenger: Infinity Wars was. She told me that the Peter Parker story line was the most emotional. Yup. I feel you Trinh. It was the most emotional for me too. (If you don’t instantly resonate with this – go watch the movie. That is your homework!)
Trinh Tran was asked by another blogger what the most epic mash up was. She responded by saying, “The strangest alchemy of the interaction between Tony Stark and Dr Strange. It was a complete Ego vs Ego. Gotee vs Gotee. I loved the idea, I loved writing the scenes. That was my favorite combination!”
Trinh ended this interview with saying this, “I wanna do what I’m passionate about and work hard at it.” Don’t we all, Trinh Tran?! (That’s the main reason why I left the hospital and am working full time as a blogger.)
Thank you Trinh Tran for your wonderful inspirational presence and answering all of my questions. You were gracious. I can tell that you are genuinely excited by the marvel stories and franchise. Never stop doing what makes you happy – because there is some beautiful art/entertainment coming out of it!
Also – what a surreal experience Madame Tussauds was! You literally feel like you are beside the spirit of the talent represented. I spoke with some of the staff on location and they swear the place is haunted! They claim to have seen statues of deceased celebrities moving and shadows in the mirrors. It’s hard not to imagine these beautiful wax replicas come to life – they are so well done. Scroll below to see some of my favorites from the museum. (Madame Tussauds is a selfie and a photographers heaven! FYI)
Go Grease Lighting!
I will argue that all modern film making in influenced by Alfred Hitchcock.
Wolverine! Best casted actor in the Xmen franchise.
Oh hello, Thor!
Captain America, let’s do this! (USA, USA being chanted in the background)
Oh sweetie, I was born this way.
Whoa whoa whoa, honey, I got an offer for YOU
Oh Jimmy Fallon, the sweetest one out there.
I’m so fancy. I’m so bored. Breakfast at Tiffany’s.
If you are ever in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area – you have to come down to Madame Tussauds – it’s literally next door to the famous Chinese Theater and all the famous Hollywood stars sidewalk!
Don’t forget to check out the new Avengers: Infinity War Blu Ray with some EPIC bonus features!

love love love! All the inside scoop on the Avengers movie was great but I’m honestly fascinated (and a teeeeeny bit jealous) of the fun at Madame Tussauds. I think my fave pic is the Breakfast at Tiffany’s one – or is the one from the Godfather’s scene – I can’t decide!
haha Thanks you for coming by Yolonda! Madame Tussauds is so silly and fun. It’s done so well that you will swear that you see them move! It’s one to buy a ticket for if you are ever in the area.
I’ve never really been interested in anything Marvel related, but you make this sound so exciting! haha looking forward to watching it!
Ok, honestly, I’m not the hugest comic book fan. But I really enjoy the book some to live in movie form. With this exec producer, she brings a woman perfectionist touch to the movies. They are so well made and the storylines connect emotionally so much better.
