A magical time inside the Disney parks is sunset.
Sunset time will change when the seasons change (although we don’t really see seasons change in Florida).

There are many beautiful spots to watch the sunset inside the Walt Disney World Resort. When you ask around, the most common answers are: by the beach at the Polynesian Resort, on the beach at the Fort Wilderness Lodge, and rooftop restaurant of the Contemporary Resort.
These are all breathtaking views of the sunset and you can travel to these places without purchasing a park ticket. But my all time favorite place to watch the sun set is inside of the magic kingdom. My spot is just west of the Cinderella Castle. Beside the quaint cottage that is Sleepy Hollow are a few benches hidden under the Liberty Square tree canopy. Grab a sweet treat and a hot cup of coffee or tea. Then just sit down, relax and enjoy. The sunset rays beat down on the west side of the gorgeous castle and the moat around it. You can watch the colors dance and fade while you are perfectly tucked into this cozy shady corner.
Sleepy Hollow is well known for its funnel cakes, they are memorable! But you can’t miss the made-to-order waffles sandwiches! Mmmmmm! Check out their Menu.
Delicious vacation treats and a beautiful sunset is my idea of paradise.
