Disney’s Art of Animation Value Resort

This Disney Hotel is a huge 87 acre family style resort. It has 1120 family suites that measure roughly 500 square feet!

The theme is Animation so there are sketches and drawing all over the décor. There are themed areas where your favorite movies come to life in the Finding Nemo, Little Mermaid, Lion King and Cars sections.

You will feel like you are inside the movie and so will your kids. The level of detail in this resort makes you forget that this is considered a “value resort”. But in comparison to the other value resorts this is by far the best, cleanest and most Disney Quality in magical-ness.

The huge foot court can seat up to 600 people and is open for every meal. There are also 5 “mini” restaurants that have healthier options that I would definitely recommend, they are also less crowded than the main dining area.

There are pools at all the themed section except for the Lion King. (Because its in the hot sahara, obviously). There are smaller pools in the Cars Area and The Little Mermaid section.

But the biggest main most impressive pool is the ”Big Blue” pool in the Finding Nemo Courtyard.You can hear voices of Nemo, Dory and Crush – but only when you are underwater!

The Cars, Lion King and Little Mermaid sections are just as detailed and immaculate. I will let you judge for yourself in these photos.
