I finally sat down and wrote my resolutions for this coming year. I am excited and hoping for a great year to come. We also start the second week of the Whole30 challenge. Head to the store today to prep for the next week. I am already feeling the effects of eating better. My skin and my sleep are the biggest rewards I have noticed. What a difference food makes, am I right?
